Physical Therapy
The goal in PT is to understand the root cause(s) of your complaints--this complaint can be pain, loss of performance, and/or the inability to do your day without extra time and energy spent on an issue in your body. Jessica takes a thorough history and performs precise assessments to determine the underlying reasons why your body is doing the things it is doing. Then, together, you and Jessica discuss a plan for moving forward. Jessica uses Functional Manual Therapy techniques combined with precise exercise and ergonomics to meet your goals.
Personal Training
Have you tried to work out but ended up in pain? Or, have you found that the results were less than impressive: you want to work your core, but your core doesn't feel like it's working at all? Jessica is an expert in muscle activation and will help understand your muscle weaknesses and how to target them so you can return to your fitness goals!
